CVMS Wins Youth Boat Race

Congratulations to our Sixth Form rowing team who won Fulham Reach Boat Club's Youth Boat Race on Tuesday 26 March.

32 representatives from seven local state schools took to the water, in attendance were the Gemini Boat Race official umpires, Sir Matthew Pinsent and Judith Packer, accompanied by the Mayor of Hammersmith & Fulham, Councillor Patricia Quigley who awarded the medals to all participants.

Thank you to the trainers at Fulham Reach Boat Club and Mr Bailey, Teacher of Physical Education & Sixth Form Games Co-ordinator, for training with our school team and offering so much support and guidance to our pupils.
